Touted as the mid-engine supercar, 2015 Acura NSX is being awaited with a bated breath. It is expected to premiere in mid-January in 2015 North American International Auto Show, Detroit auto show. It will compete with Porsche 911, Audi R8, Nissan GT-R, and Jaguar F-type R Coupe.

The powertrain is a hybrid one with a 90 degree V-6 engine that is twin-turbo charged. It works with dual clutch automatic transmission with an electric motor. Additionally, two more electrical motors have been attached to each front wheel. Acura’s unique Sport Hybrid SH-AWD system has helped to integrate all these power-providers. The complete power production should be more than 500 hp. The concept is expected to bring man-machine synergy to its best. The placement of the engine is done longitudinally as opposed to the transversely mounted one in the premier generation of NSX. Displacement is expected to be around 4 L. The mileage offered by this vehicle has not been declared yet.
Price and Release date of 2015 Acura NSX
The base price of this car will be around $130,000. The vehicle is expected to arrive in mid-2015 in the US.
